We monitor work pools closely and add more work when available work gets low. If the work pools are not low, we will typically not add more work. We have systems in place for title prep and writing contractors (reject and hashtag) to manage the work pools.

Title Prep

All titles should be prepped or rejected. As the pools get low, we will add more titles. If we lower the priority of specific work pools and reduce the volume of titles uploaded, you can request adding other guidelines to your available work.

Expert Writer

All answers should be completed and published. If there are unanswerable questions, please use the tagging system in the comments to flag assets we need to fix or remove from the pool. We will add more work as the pools get low. If we lower the priority of specific work pools and reduce the volume of work uploaded or stop uploading to the pools, you can request being added to other guidelines you're qualified for using the Writer Request form or inquire about moving/adding another project using the Project Interest form.

Content Reviewer

The review pools are contingent on the productivity of our expert writers. When volume drops, we work to increase our writer base to meet project goals, though the learning period for new contractors may make this process a bit slow. If there is insufficient work in CMS, you can request being added to other guidelines you feel qualified reviewing for or use the Project Interest form to request the addition of other projects.
