There has been an intermittent issue with some research answer writers who are experiencing the problem of sources disappearing when they click the Save button. Some things to try include:
- Clear your cache, cookies, and offline files from your browser
- Restart your browser (not just the tab, but close all browser windows)
- Try using a different browser
- Restart your computer
If you've tried all these and the problem persists, our current workaround is to save the source URL in the Comments for the reviewer.
