If you are currently in the onboarding process, here is a quick timeline for you to reference.
Step 1: The onboarding process starts when you receive a contract on a Wednesday. You will have 5 days to sign the contract.
Step 2: Once you have signed your contract, you will be sent onboarding materials the following Wednesday. Please give us until the end of the day, Pacific Time.
Step 3: Once you receive your onboarding materials, follow the instructions outlined on your orientation page. This includes setting up your CMS 6 account and reading instructions. You will not have access to work yet.
Step 4: Once you have read the instructions and added your information in CMS 6, you will take the onboarding quiz. You may only take the onboarding quiz twice, so please make sure you are prepared.
Step 5: Once you pass the onboarding quiz, you will be sent a link to input your information to be added to guidelines. Within one business day, you will be added to guidelines by the in-house team and will have access to work.
Step 6: Check out your first answer and complete your FAR. You will not be able to check out more work until your FAR is complete. Our reviewers are independent contractors who make their own schedules, so review times may vary. If a review ever takes longer than 7 days, please reach out to let us know.
Once your FAR is complete, you will be able to check out more work and will not need to wait for a review each time. You are now fully onboarded!
