If you've checked out a question that is answerable but that you can't answer, use the Return to Pool button on the My Work tab to get the question out of your queue and back into the pool for someone else to check out.
If you've already written an answer and then realized you can't successfully complete the asset, please make sure you "clear" the asset before using Return to Pool. You can copy in this text to the Context and Answer and Explanations sections and click Save in order to revert the question to its original format:

If you've checked out a question that is nonsensical/impossible/unanswerable and you CAN fix it without trying to guess what the original intent was, please fix the Question section yourself and reach out to the in-house team to let us know that the title needs to be changed.
If you've checked out a question that is nonsensical/impossible/unanswerable and you CAN'T fix it, leave a #delete tag and an explanation tag in the Comments, then use Return to Pool to remove the question from your queue. You do not need to notify the in-house team that you've tagged the asset.
DO NOT submit a question you can't solve by hitting I'm Done. To get the question out of your queue, use the Return to Pool button in your My Work tab
