- Ensure your username and password are correct. Select all (using Ctrl+A or Command+A) in both fields and manually re-type your username and password, in case there are any rogue spaces.
- Make sure caps lock is not on when you type in your password. Passwords in the CMS system are case-sensitive.
- If you're entering a password from a reset email, copy/paste the password rather than type it out manually, making sure you don't copy extra spaces.
- Submit a ticket to have your password reset. Follow the instructions in the email to login, then change your password through your CMS Profile.
Note: Your CMS login credentials are not the same as the login credentials you use for Confluence.
