- Check out one or more assets from the checkout pool until you're prompted to go to your work queue. You should then be able to access the asset you have on hold.
- If there are no assets available to check out in the checkout pool, go the Content tab to find the asset. You can open it and work on it from there.
- Writers: You will need to submit a ticket to have the lesson removed from the hold status.
- Reviewers: You can go to the Workflows tab, click your name and the Reassign button. Don't make any changes, but click OK to remove the hold status and access the asset in your work queue.
